The region's primary care provides broad primary care services throughout Region Västerbotten and meets patients of all ages, both in urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and medical stations, we are where you are. We actively work with research and development and utilize medical results to offer high-quality care where the patient is involved. The medical station in Storuman is a well-equipped mini-hospital with round-the-clock staffing. We conduct regular outpatient work with a youth clinic as well as departmental work with 16 care places. Our base unit also includes the medical stations in Sorsele and Tärnaby. In Storuman, there is also a Rural Medical Center that conducts development and research work focused on medical interventions in rural areas. The role of a nurse also requires your ability to lead and motivate other care staff to create a good working environment together and offer quality care. The work requires independence and the ability to solve problems and make ongoing decisions in the right order.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse.

Experience in primary care and emergency care is advantageous but not required. You are flexible, have good collaboration skills, and can work independently. You are positive towards change initiatives and actively contribute to a good working environment.
